E is for Exercise
Not only is exercise good for your ass, it's also good for your skin! So make yourself a total body playlist and get in the gym! You can even throw in some Britney, Madonna and New Kids on the Block to really get your heart pumpin'!
I know, I'm being a whiny Betch by insisting you go at least 3 times a week, but you will thank me in the end...
Or at least I hope so... because my mom told me so.
Now, I can't give you a total workout plan to shrink your waist and thighs, I believe that's what a personal trainer is for. What I am here for, is to let you know the benefits working out has for your skin. Exercise increases blood flow which helps nourish skin cells and keep them vital. Blood carries oxygen and nutrients to working cells throughout the body, including skin. Blood flow also helps carry waste products, including free radicals, from working cells.
While excreting toxins from your body through sweat happens when you workout, breakouts sometimes may occur. Sweat carries what is built up in your pores and on your face. Even though excreting toxins is good for the skin, letting it sit on your skin after isn't, and can re-clog your pores. It's also kinda nasty! So to stay clean and pimple free, wash your skin as soon as you can after your sweat session. I even recommend bringing those makeup wipes to quickly freshen up.
So say bye bye bye to cellulite and pimples.
yours truly,
The Skin Betch
